Job Title: Telecaller – University Admissions / Student Support Department: Admissions / Marketing / Student Services Location: NH- 58, Delhi- Roorkee, Bye Pass Road, Jatoli, Meerut, Pin - 250001 Reports To: Director Marketing Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller to support the university’s admissions and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about academic programs, admission procedures, and university services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the university's programs. Follow up on inquiries from online portals, campaigns, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, fee structures, scholarships, etc. Maintain call logs, update CRM databases, and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to admissions or general student support. Schedule appointments, campus visits, or counseling sessions with the admissions team. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to student enrollment goals. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaign updates or student leads. Qualifications: Minimum Graduate (any stream). Good verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational sales is preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Pleasant voice, active listening, and strong convincing ability. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of university admission cycles or educational counseling. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and team player.
