Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Exposure to ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)


Responsibilities:

CatLog Creation & Onboarding

  • Create and onboard new CatLog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data.
  • Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalogue completeness


CatLog Updates & Maintenance

  • Regularly update catalogue entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modifications.
  • Ensure catalogue alignment with contracts and purchase agreements.
  • Maintain version control and audit logs for catalogue changes


Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure catalogue data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies.
  • Support catalogue audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
  • Leverage GenAI tools for catalogue summarization and guided indenting where applicable.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate catalogue adoption reports and usage metrics.
  • Identify gaps in catalogue coverage and propose enhancements.
  • Support spends analytics and category insights using catalogue data.
