Medical Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager at Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and acquiring new customers within the assigned zone. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, prospecting potential customers, building and nurturing relationships, and promoting the organization's brand and services to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. You will be accountable for market research and analysis, customer acquisition, pipeline development, customer relationship management, sales process management, and reporting and performance analysis. Your key responsibilities will involve prospecting and customer acquisition, MSL development and management, customer profiling and needs assessment, solution offering, account management, and sales process management. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in science or a related field with a demonstrated track record of success in sales and key account management, particularly in the healthcare sector. Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to establish and nurture rapport with key clients are essential. Moreover, you must have skills in prospecting and lead generation, customer relationship management, sales presentation and closing, as well as effective communication and negotiation. Your success in this position will be measured by metrics such as generating qualified leads, conducting meetings with potential customers, achieving conversion rates on proposals, and maintaining MSL productivity. The interview process for this role will consist of a telephonic round, followed by a virtual round and a final face-to-face interview. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jodhpur, Sri Ganganagar, Sikar, Alwar, Bikaner, Jaipur, Kota, and Ajmer, with the expectation of working in person. The expected start date for this role is 26/08/2025.
