Media Director

As a Media Director at VaynerMedia APAC, you will be responsible for managing a division within the Paid Media Department. Your role will involve providing insights-driven media and measurement strategies, strengthening client and partner agency relationships, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, and mentoring the founding team at Vayner India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a division inside the Paid Media Department consisting of Analysts, Senior Analysts, Managers, and Associate Directors - Lead high-level operations management, innovation, client/partner relationships, and media executional excellence - Proficiency in large scale media buying across various platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google, Programmatic Display, and offline media - Fluency with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8+ years of industry experience in advertising media landscape in the APAC region - Experience in planning and buying both digital and ATL media - Strong network of media and marketing professionals in the APAC region - Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills - Proven track record of executing sophisticated, large scale digital media programs - Experience in leading and managing teams - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working across different disciplines - Professional English skills required, bilingualism is a plus At VaynerMedia APAC, culture is a key aspect, and the company values empathy in building strong relationships.
