Media Director

**Role Overview:** As the Media Director at VaynerMedia APAC, you will lead insights-driven media and measurement strategies, strengthen client and partner agency relationships, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and grow and mentor the founding team at Vayner India. You will manage a division inside the Paid Media Department and be a trusted leader within the organization for high-level operations management, innovation, client/partner relationships, and media executional excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure media plans are of the highest standard, assist in presentation material creation, and provide strategic guidance on reporting calls with clients - Oversee a team of media analysts focused on 1-3+ clients, providing leadership, mentorship, vision, and technical expertise - Contribute to the growth and stability of VaynerMedia by making decisions that are best for the company in the long run - Lead cross-LoB buying deliverables and collaborate with planning and analytics teams to craft omnichannel media strategies - Provide actualized spends for client invoicing across clients and stakeholder spend trackers - Identify client business needs and sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients - Lead client communication around scope agreements, finance, and billing - Proactively bring new and emerging opportunities to clients, pushing the envelope of media excellence **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience in advertising media landscape in the APAC region - Experience planning and buying both digital and ATL media - Good network of media and marketing professionals in the APAC region - Advanced written, presentation, and communication skills - Proven track record of executing sophisticated, large scale digital media programs - Experience in managing teams of at least 6-8 individuals - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and working as an integrated team - Professional English skills required, bilingual is a plus (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
