Media Coordinator

The Media Coordinator will act as the operational bridge between internal teams, media partners, and campaign units. This role involves overseeing media planning, daily communication workflows, content distribution, stakeholder communication, and campaign execution. The candidate will ensure seamless coordination, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of all outreach activities while supporting the strategic communication requirements of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute media and communication activities across all platforms.
• Manage PR and communication campaigns for national-level brands, including reputation management.
• Handle influencer programs and digital engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with media houses, vendors, and internal teams for daily communication requirements.
• Oversee content distribution, approvals, timelines, and publishing calendars.
• Utilize project management tools, media monitoring dashboards, and analytics platforms for reporting and tracking.
• Prepare media reports, campaign summaries, and progress updates for senior management.
• Support client requirements in building roadmaps, KPIs, and communication strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maintain high-quality output across all activities.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10

  years

  of experience in media coordination, public communication, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working within the

  sports communication ecosystem

  (preferred).
• Minimum

  2 completed large-scale media/communication projects

  .
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and fast-paced projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, monitoring dashboards, and analytics platforms.
