Media Coordinator

As a Media Coordinator (Remote) at our company, you will play a crucial role in the Integrated Media Buying department. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Media Planners and Buyers by assisting with data entry, coordination, and scheduling of campaigns for our Performance Marketing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Media Planners and Buyers in regulating the volume and flow of incoming media logs - Enter or facilitate automated entry of media logs into our media system in a timely manner for media buys - Monitor and analyze various reports daily to ensure there are no discrepancies or other media-related issues - Adjust media in our media system accurately and efficiently to reflect the most recent directive - Work effectively and maintain regular communication with Media Planners and Media Buyers - Provide coverage and support to other Media Coordinators & Planners as required - Evaluate and prioritize a dynamic workload between work demands effectively - Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight Qualifications Required: - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills when managing multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment - Self-motivated, inquisitive, proactive, and display strong initiative by learning, asking questions, applying knowledge, and growing - Perform well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and a professional demeanor - Enjoy working collaboratively as well as independently - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and effectively communicate using client-appropriate language Preferred Education, Experience & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint - Interest in developing skills related to media planning, media buying, and performance marketing - Familiarity with various reporting systems and software Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
