As an
entry-level
Media Coordinator
, you will be exposed to various media types and will be trained in how to properly purchase traditional and streaming TV with oversight from the Media Director. The Media Coordinator is a support role, entry-level media buying will be the primary scope. Initial media buys will be typically smaller in scale and require moderate to significant monitoring and guidance. The Media Coordinator will be encouraged to take on greater responsibilities and advancement can be quick for the fast learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in all aspects of media activity including media presentations, plans, reconciliation, posting and other reporting, traffic spots and instructions to media outlets
Learn the day-to-day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts
Become proficient in using applicable media software programs
Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research
Input media schedules into media software system
Assist in streaming TV optimizations in various platforms
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree
0-2 years media buying in an advertising agency environment,
preferred
Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically
Excel
and PowerPoint,
a must!
Comfortable with basic math/accounting computation
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Google suite, (docs, sheets, slides)
Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in a fast-paced environment, maintains composure under pressure
Skilled at multi-tasking simultaneous projects to maintain workflow and meet hard deadlines
Must have a sense of urgency
Strong critical thinking abilities
Must be proactive and adept at problem solving
