Media Coordinator

Media Coordinator Wanted at Innovative IT Firm.

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key player in our company's media and communications efforts, you'll be responsible for coordinating multimedia content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

1.     Capture photos and videos, create posters, and develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, and events as per company requirements.

2.     Manage, schedule, and execute content across multiple platforms for the mother company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

3.     Assist in developing and implementing media plans, including editorial calendars, product launches, and event promotions.

4.     Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and creative execution across all channels.

5.     Track media performance metrics, report results, and stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1.     Degree or expertise in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field with 1–2 years’ experience in media coordination or similar roles.

2.     Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and experience with content management systems (CMS).

3.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting engaging, on-brand content.

4.     Basic photography skills, knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and multimedia software.

5.     Familiarity with media analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.

6.     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
