Media Coordinator

As the Media Coordinator (Remote), you will be a crucial member of our Integrated Media Buying department, providing essential support to our Media Planners and Buyers in managing campaigns for our Performance Marketing clients. Your responsibilities will include data entry, coordination, and scheduling of various media activities across the agency. Your main tasks will involve supporting Media Planners and Buyers in regulating the volume and flow of incoming media logs. You will be responsible for entering or facilitating automated entry of media logs into our media system in a timely manner for media buys. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze reports daily to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies or other media-related issues promptly. It will be essential for you to accurately and efficiently adjust media in our media system to reflect the most recent directives. Communication with Media Planners and Media Buyers will be critical, and you should work effectively with them while also providing coverage and support to other Media Coordinators & Planners as needed. You will need to evaluate and prioritize a dynamic workload effectively, manage regular tasks with minimal oversight, and demonstrate strong multitasking and prioritization skills when handling multiple projects simultaneously. Being detail-oriented, well-organized, and thriving in a deadline-driven environment are key attributes for success in this role. A self-motivated and proactive approach, along with the ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism, will be crucial. You should enjoy working collaboratively and independently, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. While a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is preferred, applicable experience will also be considered. Having an interest in developing skills related to media planning, media buying, and performance marketing, as well as familiarity with various reporting systems and software, will be advantageous for this role.,
