Role Description

We’re hiring a Media Buyer to take full ownership of our paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok ads, driving exceptional results for our growing portfolio of digital products. Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $200k–$500k, focusing on achieving high ROAS and CPA targets.
• Collaborate with the creative and video editing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, targeting, and funnels to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and report directly to the Founder with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policies, and new media buying trends to maximize performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling paid ad campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large ad budgets with a focus on driving high ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, campaign structures, tracking, and attribution logic.
• In-depth understanding of funnel mechanics, customer psychology, and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate closely with creative teams to craft impactful ad angles and briefs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
