Media Buyer

We are seeking an experienced & Seasoned Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the real estate, nutra and e-commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
• Technical Skills: Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Google & Meta ads
• Hands-on experience with tools like PIPI ADS, Ahrefs, Spyfu or similar marketing tools.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
