Media Buyer

We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager based to join a growing international digital project and work closely with brands.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in Media Buying.

Hands-on experience with YouTube (must-have), Telegram, and Instagram as advertising or influencer marketing channels.

Willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Talent Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential YouTube and social media creators (sports, lifestyle, tech, entertainment) relevant to the brand.

Outreach & Collaboration: Initiate contact, pitch collaborations, negotiate deals, and manage creator relationships and agreements.

Campaign Management: Prepare creative briefs, review content, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance (views, clicks, FTDs), analyze results, calculate ROI, and report to the Marketing Manager.

Admin & Payments: Maintain influencer database, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments upon campaign completion.
