We’re hiring a Quality Control Specialist (Chat & Email) to review digital communications and ensure accuracy across client projects.
Responsibilities
Audit chat and email interactions to identify inaccuracies, operator mistakes, or incorrect automated responses.
Monitor and validate the correct processing of incoming inquiries, applications, and communication flows.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, and Technical teams to improve scripts and messaging guidelines.
Document findings and prepare structured reports with improvement suggestions.
Contribute to maintaining high-quality communication standards across multiple digital channels.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work with large volumes of text data.
Reliable high-performance computer and stable high-speed Internet connection.
Experience in Customer Support, QA, Content Moderation, or Data Entry is aт advantage.
