About Us: We are a rapidly growing MarTech firm seeking a high-performing Senior Media Buyer with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns, specifically in the Video Sales Letter (VSL) space. If you've managed $1M+ in ad spend and driven 6- to 7-figure revenues with performance-based strategies, we would love to have a conversation Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns with a focus on VSL funnels . Handle daily ad spends ranging from 5 to 6 figures across platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, Revcontent, MGID, and native ad networks. Drive strategy, execution, and scaling of campaigns targeting global markets in various native languages. Lead and coordinate performance marketing efforts within cross-functional teams. Conduct deep funnel analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROAS. Identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements at scale. Provide insights and forecasting reports to management for continuous scaling. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on media buying experience with a focus on VSL campaigns . Proven experience in managing $1M+ ad spend . Mastery of native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, Metta, youtube, Tiktok). Strong data analysis and optimization skills with a test-and-learn mindset. Ability to strategize, execute, and lead successful performance marketing campaigns independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience working in global teams or international markets. Understanding of compliance and performance guidelines for paid ads in health, finance, or supplements niches.
