Roles & Responsibilities1. HR Executive (MBA HR)

• Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training programs, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee records, engagement activities, and internal communication.
• Learn startup HR operations including compliance and payroll support.

2. Digital Marketing Executive (MBA HR/Marketing/Finance)

• Assist in planning and executing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Write and edit engaging content for blogs, posts, ads, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Learn to use modern marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, etc.).

3. Sales & Business Development Executive (MBA Marketing/Finance/HR)

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Work with the leadership team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports.

Who Can Apply

• Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR, Marketing, or Finance.
• Freshers (0–1 years experience) who are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and digital platforms.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
• Energetic, self-driven, and quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
