District Co-ordinator

Fuddo is growing fast and looking to strengthen its presence across districts. We are hiring District Co-ordinators to lead restaurant onboarding, delivery team expansion, and local business partnerships. This is a leadership role requiring strong field presence, coordination skills, and a passion for growing a tech-enabled food delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

• Identify and onboard restaurants in your district to Fuddo platform.
• Pitch Fuddo's unique benefits (low commission, free onboarding, marketing support).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners.
• Organize local promotional drives and onboarding events.

Delivery Team Expansion:

• Recruit and onboard delivery partners within the district.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions for new delivery agents.
• Ensure sufficient delivery coverage for partnered restaurants.
• Address field-level delivery challenges and resolve operational issues.

District Coordination:

• Act as the central point of contact for all restaurant and delivery operations in the district.
• Coordinate with Fuddo’s central team for smooth process execution.
• Track daily targets, onboardings, and delivery metrics.
• Submit weekly reports and updates to state/regional managers.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English and local language (Telugu preferred).
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Team leadership and people management ability.
• Problem-solving and decision-making on ground.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in any field.
• Prior experience in food delivery, logistics, or hyperlocal startups is a plus.
• Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
