Roles and Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

Inhouse Sales & Service portfolio

Understanding the customer requirement accurately

Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.

Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them

Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.

Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up

Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)

Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

Punctuality & Presentation skills

Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills

Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements

Qualification:minimum 12th

Experience :minimum:3 months preferred who have experience in Matrimony/

Who have worked in hard core selling are also welcom

Prefered from westrn line candidate.

Salary :12 k to 31 k as per past work experience 20% to 30% hike.
