As we scale, we're looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist who isn't afraid to step outside traditional marketing boundaries and contribute across various functions. What You'll Do (Beyond Just Marketing):

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our core team, contributing to various aspects of our brand's growth. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around marketing, but given our startup nature, you'll also gain exposure and contribute to other critical areas.

Marketing & Brand Building:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), email campaigns, and product listings. This could include writing compelling copy, assisting with photo/video shoots, and curating visuals.
• Social Media Management: Actively manage and grow our social media presence, interact with our community, run campaigns, and track performance.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, from segmenting audiences to analyzing open rates and conversions.
• SEO/SEM Support: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines and support paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
• Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify and collaborate with fitness influencers, manage ambassador programs, and foster a strong brand community.
• Market Research: Stay updated on fitness trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Website Management: Work closely with the team to ensure our e-commerce website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for sales.

Operational & Growth Support:

• Customer Experience: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries, feedback, and support to ensure a seamless brand experience.
• Product Insights: Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to future product development.
• Logistics Coordination: Learn and potentially assist with basic order fulfillment processes or inventory management as needed.
• Data Analysis: Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing channels and contribute to reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Be ready to jump into any task that helps the company grow, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment.

Qualifications:

• Freshers Welcome: If you're a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and you meet the attitude and drive requirements, we encourage you to apply! • Experienced Candidates Welcome: If you have 1-3 years of experience in D2C marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role, we offer commensurate pay based on your expertise and proven track record.

Pay: ₹11,378.35 - ₹31,199.32 per month
