Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms
• Create engaging content for emails, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional assets
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign analytics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help manage and grow our social media presence
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or full-time)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
