Role Overview:

Brand Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance the positioning and visibility of our events.
  • Coordinate and manage the development of marketing materials, including event brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Work with the creative team to develop eye-catching and engaging event collateral that aligns with the brand and event objectives.

2. Media Partnerships & Negotiations:

  • Identify and secure domestic and international media partnerships to promote events across various platforms.
  • Manage media relationships, including negotiating barter and commercial deals to maximize the marketing budget and reach.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring effective promotion of events in key markets.

3. Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), SEO, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Oversee the development and execution of SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic to event websites.

4. Content Development:

  • Develop compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Create presentations and proposals for potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors, showcasing the value of participating in our events.
  • Work closely with the team to direct video content and promotional materials for events.

5. Association & Influencer Partnerships:

  • Develop and manage partnerships with industry associations, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify event reach and engagement.
  • Leverage influencer networks to promote events through organic and paid campaigns.

6. Event Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Support the overall marketing strategy and ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns for each event.
  • Monitor and analyze event marketing performance, providing regular reports to key stakeholders.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    2-3 years of experience in

    events marketing, brand marketing, or promotions

    , with a focus on the fashion, apparel, or events industry.
  • Marketing Knowledge:

    Solid understanding of
