At Paul And Mike and SPRIG, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us bring alive brand experiences across events, PR, and in-store marketing. If you've worked with Premium grocery stores such as Nature’s Basket, Foodhall, Lulu, HOST, or luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium beauty/fashion brands and are known for your poise, people skills, and execution excellence—this could be your next big move. Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site) Experience: 2–5 years Reporting to: Marketing Head / Founder Role Overview: As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, events, retail activations, PR coordination, and customer experience projects. You will be the on-ground bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our premium positioning is reflected across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: · Execute on-ground brand activations, events, and sampling programs in retail and hospitality · Liaise with PR agencies and influencers to coordinate brand outreach · Manage visibility and brand experience at premium grocers, hotels, and restaurants · Support new product launch rollouts across offline and digital touchpoints · Coordinate logistics, partner relationships, and execution timelines for marketing initiatives · Maintain brand aesthetics and standards across all offline marketing collateral · Provide feedback from field activations to the central marketing team Must-Have Qualifications: · 2–5 years of customer-facing experience in premium environments · Experience with premium brands: Examples include but not limited to: Nature’s Basket, Foodhall, Lulu, HOST, Kama Ayurveda, Forest essentials, The Body Shop, Forest essentials, Nicobar, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurants · Fluent in spoken and written English communication, pleasant personality; comfortable hosting premium clients · Backgrounds like store managers, restaurant managers, F&B supervisors, or hotel operations executives are welcome · Hotel Management degree or diploma (preferred) What We Offer: · A front-row seat to the growth of two premium Indian consumer brands · Cross-functional exposure across events, PR, product launches, and brand partnerships · Opportunity to work closely with the founding and marketing leadership teams · A creative and high-performance work environment with room to grow Apply now: Send your CV to mukta@synthite.com Mention “Marketing Operations Manager” in the subject.
