Position Overview:

Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales-Driven Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads through campaigns, digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns to boost inquiries and conversions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

2.      Brand & Product Marketing

  • Position Yantra Design as a thought leader in CNC machining solutions.
  • Oversee content development for product brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.
  • Create technical and ROI-focused messaging tailored to manufacturers, procurement heads, and plant managers.

3.      Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, and automation to create a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Manage the website and digital assets to maximize conversion and engagement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and marketing ROI.

4.      Event Management & Industry Outreach

  • Plan and manage participation in trade shows, industry expos (IMTEX, etc.), and dealer events.
  • Coordinate workshops, product demos, and factory visits for prospects and clients.

5.      Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with product development, design, and service teams to shape go-to-market plans.
  • Work with external agencies, consultants, and media partners as needed.

6.      Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs across key industries such as automotive, aerospace, and precision engineering.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in CNC technology and manufacturing to support strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in industrial or capital equipment sectors (preferably CNC or machine tools).
  • Proven track record of

    marketing-to-sales conversion

    and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and industrial buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and digital platforms.
