Oaks Overseas currently hiring marketing executive.

Below skill set:

Marketing Executive plays a key role in promoting an education consultancy's services and attracting potential students seeking to study abroad. This position involves a mix of marketing, communications, and Student relationship management, all focused on helping students connect with international education opportunities.

Here are the job roles and responsibilities for an Overseas Education Consulting Marketing Executive:

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conducting Market Research: Identifying target markets, analyzing student demographics, and understanding student needs and preferences for studying abroad.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors in the study abroad consultancy space and identifying strategies that work in attracting students.
  • Trends Analysis: Keeping an eye on global education trends, popular study destinations, and emerging programs to tailor marketing strategies.

2. Marketing Strategy Development

  • Planning & Execution: Developing marketing campaigns for various channels (online and offline) to promote services like university placements, visa assistance, and counseling.
  • Campaign Management: Managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, webinars, events, and more.
  • Branding: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including brochures, social media, websites, and offline materials.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Client Outreach: Using digital marketing tools and strategies to attract and engage potential clients (students, parents, etc.) through online channels, phone calls, and email.
  • Lead Follow-up: Nurturing leads and guiding them through the consulting process, helping convert leads into clients.
  • Conversion Optimization: Working closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a high conversion rate from lead to enrolled student.

4. Event Planning and Coordination

  • Educational Fairs & Webinars: Organizing and promoting educational fairs, webinars, and informational sessions to engage directly with prospective students and parents.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Arranging workshops and seminars to discuss study abroad opportunities and assist with visa and admission processes.
  • University Collaborations: Collaborating with partner universities to arrange seminars or promotional events to showcase study options.

. Reporting and Analytics

  • Tracking Campaign Performance: Using analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Sales Metrics: Analyzing sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting to Management: Providing regular updates and reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and results.
