Job Description

  • Implement effective sales and business development strategies to penetrate new markets, new customers, and improve revenue.
  • Expand and strengthen the customer base.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance with plant operation team, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives. Drive sales growth and achieve predetermined sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Identify target markets and establish plans to develop them for upcoming product opportunities. Study about Market analysis & mapping competitor basis to work on focus customer.
  • Support product development to promote new and existing products in new and existing markets.
  • Generate RFQ, and responding to RFQs - pricing and negotiations to acquire new business.
  • NPD - Interaction with internal teams for easy and fast execution of the NPD project
  • Involved in new customers on boarding process, audits, customer visits to be handled with help of cross functional teams.
  • Preparation of cost estimation & submission of commercial offers. Negotiations and contracting to convert RFQ into Business win.
  • Maintaining all master record of RFQ tracker sheet, Sales tracker, Payment collection.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by ascertaining adherence to delivery & quality.
  • Maintain Account receivable (AR) by keeping track of pending/ overdue payments to meet AR target of Company.
  • Conduct detailed study of business contracts & agreements and examine risks
  • Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability.
  • Prepare an annual budget (sales plan), scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Prepare annual and monthly forecasts and doing variance analysis and initiating corrective actions
  • Provide timely schedule through Monthly sales plan internally to respective departments.
  • Standardization of Commercial documents, benchmarking, and detailed cost breakdown sheet analysis

  • Established track record in the field of marketing, sales, business development is essential.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with customers, and internal stakeholders.
