Job Description

  • Manage and track

    RFQs

    in co-ordination with customers and development team.
  • Share costing/quotations, technical queries, pricing strategy, and negotiations with help of development team and Top Management.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic sales and marketing plans

    to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
  • Co-ordinate with customers for new business opportunities. Make calls (by telephone or in person) to customers to develop new relationships.
  • Act as the

    primary point of contact for key customers

    , ensuring prompt query resolution and timely delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate

    dispatch planning

    with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time product deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the

    Production Planning & Control (PPC)

    team for effective order scheduling and capacity alignment.
  • Analyze

    market trends, competitor activities

    , and

    customer feedback

    to adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports on

    sales performance, forecast accuracy, and customer metrics

    .
  • Support

    new product introductions

    in collaboration with development, production, and quality
  • Track pending orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Respond to customers inquiries and resolve any concerns related to orders or schedules.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall satisfaction and product offerings
  • Ensure adherence to

    internal processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements

    .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in

    Engineering, Business Management

    or a related field.
  • MBA in

    Marketing or Operations

    is a plus.
  • Prior experience in

    manufacturing or automotive components

    sectors preferred.
  • 2 to 6

    years experience

    in in marketing/ sales administration/ customer service, or sales coordination/customer relation management
  • Excellent written and verbal

    communication

    ; strong

    organizational and coordination skills

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven

    customer handling experience

    with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in

    RFQ processes

    . If having knowledge of

    rate calculation, and technical negotiations

    will be an added advantage.
  • Primary level exposure to

    Production Planning & Control (PPC)

    for streamlined order execution.
  • Strong analytical and

    problem-solving skills

    with multi-location coordination capabilities.
  • Self-motivated,

    team-oriented

    , and adept at working under tight deadlines.
