This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Bengaluru. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, maintaining business relationships, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
As we are at the finish stage, the CRE will have to be prepared to handover efficiently and proactively.
Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations skills
Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills a go getter
Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Mail drafting and Document Cataloging
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Availability: Immediate Joining preferably in Bengaluru
