Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries related to real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide project details, brochures, and other information.
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients to increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handover.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead details.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries effectively and professionally.
  • Good knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and telecalling.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
