Job Description

  • Customer interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
  • Complaint management: Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
  • Service coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate with technical teams, and update customers on service progress
  • Sales support: Promote products and services, and help customers understand warranty terms
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests, and prepare reports
  • Customer feedback: Conduct surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback, and analyze it to suggest improvements
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Lead generation: Work with the sales team to generate leads, and identify opportunities for new business
  • Appointment management: Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
