We’re looking for a motivated and creative App Marketing Manager to take ownership of driving measurable growth for mobile apps. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves turning data into action. You’ll work directly with founders and product leaders, shaping strategies that influence user acquisition, retention, and long-term business success.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies for mobile apps, focusing on App Store Optimization (ASO), user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
Partner closely with client stakeholders (founders, CMOs, product teams) to translate growth goals into actionable roadmaps.
Lead product-level growth initiatives—such as optimizing onboarding flows, refining paywalls, improving funnels, and boosting in-app conversions.
Monitor and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
Collaborate with User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative teams to build impactful campaigns and run structured experiments.
Develop and manage ASO strategies: keyword optimization, creative assets, and metadata to maximize organic visibility.
Partner with paid marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, and Apple Search Ads.
Leverage tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, and AppTweak to surface insights and inform decisions.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering clear, data-backed performance reviews and forward-looking strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–4 years in mobile app marketing, growth strategy, or digital consulting.
Expertise: Hands-on experience with ASO, paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASA), or mobile growth campaigns.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
App Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of app store dynamics, in-app user behavior, and performance marketing principles.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and structured communicator with both clients and internal teams.
Creative Awareness: Appreciation for design principles and their role in performance.
