About the Role:

Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across hotels, guest houses, restaurants, and events
  • Design and execute quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs for traffic, leads, bookings, and revenue
  • Conduct competitive research, customer analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation

Campaigns & Brand Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, collaborations, and launches
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and design across all platforms — online and offline
  • Build and manage promotional calendars for properties and events

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee digital strategy: SEO, Meta/Google ads, email marketing, and website performance
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, leads, and booking conversions using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for engaging digital content and storytelling

Event & Partnership Marketing

  • Plan and promote in-house events (live music, food festivals, private parties, etc.)
  • Build relationships with influencers, event managers, and local communities to increase footfall
  • Work on B2B and B2C strategies to promote group bookings, parties, and corporate tie-ups

Team & Budget Management

  • Manage external vendors, freelancers, creative partners, and interns
  • Own and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the founder and leadership team

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or real estate sectors)
  • Solid understanding of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe, analytics platforms
  • Excellent copy and content direction skills — knows what resonates with audiences
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
  • Willingness to work from the Delhi office full-time, with occasional visits to properties if needed

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

  • Experience working with hotel groups, QSR chains, or lifestyle brands
  • Existing influencer or agency contacts
  • Experience in managing teams and scaling marketing operations from scratch
