Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Develop monthly content calendars and publishing schedules
• Monitor performance, engage with followers, and grow online community

• Create high-quality visuals (posts, reels, videos, carousels, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and campaign copy
• Edit content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar

• Update website content regularly (blogs, images, announcements, etc.)
• Coordinate with design/development teams for layout and feature updates
• Ensure a consistent and updated brand presence across the site

• Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and customer updates
• Use tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo to manage campaigns
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital content creation or social media management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other key platforms
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or other photo/video editing software
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS
• Experience with email marketing tools
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Self-starter, well-organized, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Creative eye for visual storytelling
• Photography or video shooting skills are a plus
