Role Overview


We are looking for a Marketing & Media Manager to lead Sestra’s marketing strategy, content direction, and media planning. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and nurturing a loyal community through innovative storytelling, social media, partnerships, and digital campaigns.

As we grow our community, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Media Manager to tell our story, elevate our brand, and expand our reach across digital and offline channels.



Key Responsibilities


1. Brand & Content Strategy


Develop and execute Sestra’s marketing calendar and content strategy aligned with brand values and product launches.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Oversee creative production (photo, video, copy) for campaigns, email, and web.


2. Social Media & Community

Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), growing engagement and reach.

Plan and execute influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.

Engage directly with the community to build authentic relationships and gather feedback.


3. PR & Partnerships

Develop relationships with media, stylists, and brand partners.

Oversee press releases, brand features, and event activations.

Identify partnership opportunities aligned with Sestra’s values and audience.


Qualifications/Skills


2-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or media management (fashion, lifestyle, or DTC experience preferred).

Strong creative eye with a deep understanding of digital storytelling and social media trends.

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and influencer management tools.

Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Passion for women’s comfort, body positivity, and mindful design.
