Role Description:

Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, and a passion for connecting brands with their target audiences. You should be comfortable managing budgets, agencies, timelines, and multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, email, social media), content, and offline channels.
  • Lead brand development and ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g. ROI, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on content creation, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support sales enablement through the creation of collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and oversee events, product launches, webinars, and partnerships.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM tools).
  • Experience in content marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing hands-on tasks.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
