Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
Work with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

2. Brand Management

Build and strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
Maintain brand guidelines across all channels.
Implement brand awareness and customer perception programs.

3. Content Development

Oversee creation of marketing collateral (brochures, website content, product materials).
Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and audience relevance.

4. Digital Marketing

Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
Optimize online presence and track KPIs to ensure campaign performance.

5. Lead Generation

Implement strategies to drive sales-qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversion.

6. Event Management

Manage trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics with internal teams and vendors.

7. Customer Relationship Management

Run customer retention and engagement programs.
Gather customer insights to support product and service improvements.

8. Budget Management

Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Track ROI and performance of marketing activities.

9. Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team.
Encourage creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

10. Costing

Prepare costing sheets to determine competitive pricing for customers.
Track commodity market trends using Excel and update pricing insights.

Required Skill

Excellent MS Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, trend analysis, dashboards, costing sheets).
