About Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing events, and driving customer engagement. Your leadership will guide the marketing team, align efforts with sales objectives, and ensure consistent brand messaging across offline and digital channels. This role is key to positioning our jewelry brand as a trusted market leader and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis.

Plan and execute product promotions, campaigns, and seasonal/festive initiatives.

Collaborate with creative/design teams for marketing collaterals and branding.

Oversee retail marketing support including in-store displays and showroom promotions.

Plan and manage events, exhibitions, product launches, and trade shows.

Lead customer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business.

Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, brand guidelines, and legal standards.

Mentor and manage marketing team performance, track KPIs, and foster growth.

Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and provide actionable insights to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Marketing (Jewelry / Retail preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team management skills.

Expertise in brand management, event management, campaign planning, and communication.
