Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and machinery while minimizing downtime and wastage.
• Oversee the production of steel tubes, condensers, wire baskets, and evaporators with strict quality control.
• Monitor assembly and fabrication of HVAC components (e.g., AC parts, filter driers) as per specifications.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain and analyze production reports, process data, and performance metrics.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and plant discipline.
• Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and tools.
• Train, guide, and supervise shop-floor workers, operators, and technicians.
• Identify and execute continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

  Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

  .
• 7 - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in

  HVAC, refrigeration, or metal fabrication industries

  .
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on operational approach.
• Knowledge of

  fabrication, welding, tube processing, and assembly line production

  .
• Familiarity with

  ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing principles, and 5S methodology

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office and ERP systems

  with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage shop-floor challenges, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
