Job Purpose: To represent the organization in all matters related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Responsible for maintaining and improving the effectiveness of QMS, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements, and facilitating audits and continual improvement processes. Key Responsibilities: AreaTasks QMS Implementation & Maintenance - Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 compliant quality systems - Ensure QMS documentation (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions) is up-to-date and controlled Audit Management - Plan and coordinate internal audits - Prepare and face external audits (Customer, Certification Bodies, Regulatory) - Ensure timely closure of NCs and implementation of corrective actions Management Reviews - Organize and lead management review meetings - Present data on QMS performance, audit results, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities Customer & Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements (CSR) - Interface with customers for quality-related matters and documentation Training & Awareness - Train employees on QMS processes and compliance requirements - Promote quality awareness across departments Continuous Improvement - Drive initiatives for continual improvement in quality, productivity, and system effectiveness - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for RCA and CAPA implementation Documentation & Reporting - Maintain records related to audits, calibration, inspection, quality KPIs - Prepare reports for management and external bodies as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the complete purchasing function, covering consumables, Bought-Out Parts (BOPs), raw materials, and job work. · Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance. · Perform detailed costing and price analysis of parts to support supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives. · Drive vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable and competitive supply chain. · Ensure compliance with TS16949 standards and other regulatory/quality requirements. · Monitor and manage purchase budgets, contracts, and tax implications to align with company policies and statutory norms. · Collaborate closely with production, quality, and finance teams to meet organizational objectives. · Ensure effective utilization of SAP for procurement, inventory management, and reporting. Key Requirements · Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering / B.Com or equivalent. · Experience: At least 15 years in a similar role within the automobile sector (OEM or Tier 1). · Technical Knowledge: o Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. o Hands-on experience in costing and price negotiation. o Proficiency in SAP (mandatory). o Knowledge of TS16949 / IATF 16949 standards (mandatory). o Well-versed with tax structures and compliance requirements. · Age: 35 ~ 40 years. · Package: ₹8 LPA + (negotiable for suitable candidate).
