Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Manager Strategist with agency & in-house experience in B2B Service and a proven track record in SEO/SMO, inbound lead generation, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in brand analysis, technical research, keyword ranking, website optimization, and AI-driven SEO. Strong skills in data analysis, copywriting, audience segmentation, and basic design are essential.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in digital marketing (Including agency & in-house)
  • Hands-on with SEO tools, content creation, and analytics
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Improve Keywords ranking, bring traffic and prepare Strategy / plan for inbound lead generation.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.
  • Lead AI-powered SEO & SMO initiatives to improve organic visibility, keyword ranking, and website performance (CRO).
  • Build and manage a strong content strategy that enhances brand positioning and supports inbound lead generation.
  • Plan and execute email marketing and paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Oversee and grow social media presence through engaging, on-brand content and community interaction.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer insights, and strategic opportunities.
  • Design and create digital assets using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and WordPress to support campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights through KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to get web development work done. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure unified messaging and goal alignment.

  • MOZ | Ahrefs | SEMRush | Screaming Frog etc,
