Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Research, write, and edit clear and concise technical content, including: 1. User guides, API documentation, and manuals 2. Blog posts and articles 3. Case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks 4. Product descriptions and release notes 5. FAQs, knowledge base articles, and help centre content Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into accessible content Ensure content follows brand tone, style guidelines, and SEO best practices Update and maintain existing documentation based on product updates or feedback Conduct keyword research and contribute to content strategy with SEO-driven insights Work with design and development teams to incorporate visuals, diagrams, and code samples Requirements: Proven experience (1+ year) in technical writing or content creation in a tech-related environment Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, cloud platforms, or related technical domains Proficiency with documentation tools Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CMS platforms, static site generators, or developer documentation platforms Portfolio of published technical content Strong analytical and project management skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
