🔧 Key Responsibilities

📢 Campaigns & Funnels

• Plan & execute campaigns on

  Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

  ,

  Meta (FB/Insta)

  ,

  WhatsApp

  ,

  Push

  ,

  SMS

  , and

  Email

• Manage budgets, maximize ROI, and build full-funnel user journeys (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

🧩 CRM & Automation

• Design workflows in

  Zoho CRM

• Manage lifecycle journeys: welcome, churn, win-back
• Integrate CRM, Push, WhatsApp, SMS, and more
• Setup automation triggers based on user behavior

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Own performance dashboards via

  GA4, Appsflyer/Adjust, MoEngage/CleverTap

• Analyze funnel & conversion data; give actionable insights
• Share weekly/monthly growth reports with founder

🧪 Growth Experiments

• Run A/B tests on ads, pages, CTAs
• Launch new channels (YouTube Organic, Influencers, etc.)
• Optimize for

  CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS

🤝 Collaboration

• Align with product roadmap
• Work with content team on high-converting creatives
• Coordinate with tech to maintain analytics hygiene

📚 Additional Responsibilities

• Market & competitor research
• Maintain marketing calendar + documentation
• Explore new tools, trends, and ideas
  

🛠 Skills & Tools

Must-Have:

• Zoho CRM
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Performance Campaigns: Google + Meta
• WhatsApp tools: Interakt / WATI / Gupshup
• Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)
• Fintech / SaaS / Subscription experience
