We're now building one of the most user-friendly fintech brands in India — and we need a sharp, idea-driven, design-loving Graphic Designer to help us do it.

 Who We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a designer. We’re looking for a visual storyteller. Someone who can take a trading concept and turn it into something so clear, clean, and clever — even your dadi would say, “Oh, now I get it.”

You’re obsessed with color palettes, typography, layouts and scroll-stopping social content. You can deliver a clean design in your sleep, and on a good day — you're the reason people click, scroll and convert.

What You’ll Do

• Design bold, clean, on-brand graphics for social media, ads, thumbnails & stories

• Create visual templates and assets across marketing, education, and product

• Work closely with the founder, content & growth teams to bring campaigns to life

• Simplify complex finance concepts into crisp, beginner-friendly designs

• Own Richie’s visual language — refine it, evolve it, elevate it

• Contribute ideas for content formats, carousels, hooks and visual storytelling

• Build quick, iterative creatives for experiments and performance campaigns

Your Design Superpowers

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design (startup or agency preferred)

• Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva or equivalent

• Great eye for layout, typography, white space, color theory and clean visual hierarchy

• Strong portfolio of social-first content, branding, ads & educational graphics

• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly — no ego, just good design

• Bonus: motion design skills, Canva mastery, or ability to design mobile-first content

• Fluent in Hindi and English

 Bonus (but not musts)

• Interest in fintech, trading, or personal finance

• Familiar with the startup meme language 😎

• Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns
