Marketing Manager – RealityBox

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site)

Full-Time | Salary: ₹6–7 LPA | Experience: 2–3 years

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and execute

  marketing strategies

  to grow RealityBox’s visibility with tourism boards, global brands, and agencies
• Manage

  end-to-end digital marketing

  including social media campaigns, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and performance analytics
• Plan and run

  LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns

  to drive engagement and leads
• Create and manage

  pitch decks, case studies, newsletters, blogs, reels, and marketing materials

• Identify and approach potential clients

  (tourism boards, airlines, luxury hospitality, F&B, lifestyle brands)
• Track and analyze

  campaign performance & KPIs

  across both organic and paid digital channels
• Collaborate with the

  creative and production team

  to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience

  in marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy

• Mandatory:

  Prior work experience in a

  marketing/advertising/creative agency

• Hands-on expertise in social media management, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics tools

• Strong storytelling & copywriting skills

  — ability to craft content that engages and converts
• Ability to

  nurture client relationships

  and identify new business opportunities
• Creative mindset with

  fresh ideas

  to position RealityBox as a premium storytelling partner
• Bonus: Experience working with

  travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
