Job Title:
Department: Travel Required: Position Type: Marketing Yes Full Time The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to create and implement marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
The individual will be responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary marketing tools and resources, including lead generation campaigns, sales enablement materials, and market insights, all focused on maximizing sales performance and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement and Support: o Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop tailored contents for marketing materials (Content related with brochures, case studies, presentations, proposals etc) that support sales conversations and help close deals. o Create and manage sales collateral, including product sheets, FAQs, whitepapers and customer testimonials, to facilitate sales conversations and reduce sales cycles.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion: o Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to attract high quality prospects within the road safety industry (both Govt. and private sector). o Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights to improve conversion rates and overall revenue growth.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and customer pain points within the road safety sector. o Provide the sales team with relevant market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to help them position products effectively and close sales faster. o Monitor customer feedback and industry developments to refine messaging and product positioning.
4. Brand Positioning and Messaging with In house Branding team: o Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the brands value proposition and differentiate our solutions in the competitive road safety market. o Work closely with the sales team to maintain consistent messaging across all customer touch points (email, website, social media, and events). o Position Kataline as an industry leader in road safety through thought leadership content, PR, and brand-building activities.
5. Sales Metrics and Reporting: Marketing Yes Full Time o Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their impact on sales revenue. o Work with the sales team to monitor the progress of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through the sales pipeline.

Event Marketing and Promotions: o Plan and execute marketing strategies for key industry events, trade shows that drive awareness and generate leads. o Support sales team in event preparation by providing promotional materials, presentations, and follow-up strategies to engage prospects and close sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. o Share insights and feedback with the team to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. o Act as a bridge between the marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales revenue growth. Site Visits and Report Presentations o o o Visit sites with local teams, to understand implementations. Prepare detailed report and presentation. Present the findings to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
