Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior level Marketing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and the ability to design and execute strategies that increase memberships and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive membership sales for gym, swimming pool, indoor games, and other club facilities.

* Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, partnerships).

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with management to set and achieve membership sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and local businesses.

* Oversee social media presence, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.

* Organize promotional events, open houses, and community engagement activities.

* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum *5 years of experience* in marketing (health & fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry preferred).

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proven track record of increasing sales or memberships through innovative strategies.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM software.

* Creative thinker with the ability to deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
