Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include leading marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing content creation and promotional activities. The role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team and ensure the delivery of impactful marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Positioning
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Social Media Management
• Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling
• Understanding of Market Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Data Interpretation
• Project Management and Leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in tools such as SEO, SEM platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry or wellness sector is a plus
