Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and a solid background in both digital and traditional marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services.
• Manage and oversee campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize based on analytics.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities deliver maximum ROI.
• Create and manage content strategy, including blogs, newsletters, brochures, and ad copy.
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design, web, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media ads).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in dry fruits/nuts, FMCG, health food, etc.

Salary: 20,000 TO 45,000 Reporting To: CEO/CMO/Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,789.60 per month
