Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, social media management, and branding strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to grow engagement and brand presence.
• Build and implement effective branding strategies to position the company strongly in the market.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing with business objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email marketing for lead nurturing.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar marketing role.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and positioning strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
