Senior Architect

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects tailored for home and office spaces. This role demands a deep understanding of design functionality, space optimization, and material durability, with a strong focus on aesthetics aligned with brand identity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan interiors for factory spaces including admin blocks, work areas, and meeting rooms.
• Create layout drawings, 3D views, and technical details.
• Select materials and finishes suited for industrial use.
• Coordinate with project, purchase, and site teams.
• Monitor execution and ensure design adherence on-site.
• Ensure safety, workflow, and space efficiency in layouts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, site execution, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to manage vendors and site teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
