Job Description – Marketing & Sales Executive Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Director Role Overview We are looking for a confident and energetic professional to drive business growth through a mix of sales (70%) and digital marketing (30%). The role requires strong presentation and persuasion skills, client-facing confidence, and the ability to support sales with digital outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (70%) Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Meet clients, give impactful presentations, and close deals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Participate in client meetings, events, and networking forums to promote the company. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches. Digital Marketing (30%) Run digital campaigns to support lead generation (social media, email, paid ads). Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Create marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, posts) in coordination with the design team. Track and report on digital marketing ROI to align with sales efforts.     Client Engagement & Branding Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions. Represent the company professionally and confidently. Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. IIM-MBA preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sales with exposure to digital marketing. Strong sales skills – persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability. Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, and analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
